Medical CME Videos Center respects intellectual property rights. We respond to properly formatted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and comparable international laws.
1) Our Policy
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to material (including product listings, metadata, or links) allegedly infringing copyrights.
2) How to Send a DMCA Takedown Notice
Send a written notice containing:
- Your physical/electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list).
- Exact location of the material on cmevideos.center (URL) and, if relevant, referenced file names/IDs.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- Good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
3) Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice including:
- Your physical/electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
- Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, email, and consent to jurisdiction of a competent court.
4) Repeat Infringers
Where applicable, we may suspend or terminate access for repeat infringers.
5) Notes
- We deliver educational materials via secure cloud links (primarily Google Drive; on request PCloud/Mega). We act on valid notices covering materials accessible through our listings or links.
- Submitting false claims may carry legal consequences.
- We generally review complete notices promptly.
